Taco Tuesday: A New Tradition

We started a new tradition last year: Taco Tuesday. And we did it Every. Single. Tuesday. Sometimes it was a challenge, but mostly it was fun. I tried to theme the tacos around national holidays from the National Day Calendar. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. All in all, it was a fun tradition, and one we may continue into the new year (though with less strictness about having to eat the tacos on Tuesdays). Want to start the tradition yourself?
