What I Used/What I Used Up (Week 42)

What I Used of My Meal Plan-



Snacks:

All butter apple shortbread cookies from Trader Joe's
Apples
Bananas
Blender gluten free pumpkin muffins (Kroll's Korner)
Cajun peanuts (Cajun Cooking Recipes)  
Cheese sticks
Fluffy pancakes (Rise and Run)
Honeydew melon
Leftover pancakes
Monster cookies (Handle the Heat)
Monster cookie protein balls (Fit Foodie Finds)
Oatmeal in various forms
Peanuts
Roasted pumpkin seeds (The Minimalist Baker)

What I Used Up--

Freezer:

Two bags of frozen green beans

Fridge:


Two pound bag of cheddar cheese
Ginger
Head of iceberg lettuce
Half gallon of milk
Parmesan cheese

Pantry:


Can of coconut milk

Chopped dates

Fruit pouches
Penne pasta
Old five pound bag of potatoes

Can of pumpkin
Can of tomato paste

What went bad:

Some of the ginger (but I saved the rest!)
Lime (but I used it to clean the garbage disposal)
Parsley (but I composted it)

So really...nothing since I repurposed it?
