I had FUN making this afghan! The pattern was simple, which meant I didn't have to think about it much and could just get in the flow and crochet. With treble stitches, the blanket worked up pretty fast and easy. It did take a bit of yarn, but that's okay by me! I made this blanket in a neutral color for the next baby boy that comes along, but then realized all the holes might not make it very baby safe. I looked forward to adding the fringe detail, but then realized that makes the blanket very baby unsafe, so we will see where this blanket ends up. For now, I am just celebrating completion of a blanket that I really enjoyed!
