Close on the heels of afghan 70 comes afghan 71. Now I just have two afghans started. Maybe I will finally single task afghans again. We'll see....

This is another afghan from the bucket list. The specific pattern is the striped thicket stitch from The Loopy Lamb. Using Red Heart royal blue yarn, I changed 107, instead of 72. (I did use my ergonomic J hook again. It's pretty much all I use.) I also chunked the blanket into thirds, using Mainstays white yarn in the middle. The blanket ended up with measurements of 24" x 41." Overall, this was a fairly easy and accessible blanket, with a single/double crochet pattern that worked up quickly.
